GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. The site reserved for the installation of the inflatable structures must be completely clean, relatively flat (maximum slope of 5%), with dimensions much larger than those of the inflatable structures to be installed and completely clear of all elements or obstacles that could be dangerous. for children or aggressive for equipment (wall, curb, balustrade, ditch, stump, picket, post, barbed wire, scrap metal or pebbles pointing from the ground, trees or puncturing branches... and at height: cables, electric wires, ceilings, neon lights, roof, perforating or sharp branches,…)
2. The inflatable structures must be installed on the tarpaulins provided (so that there is no friction zone between the structure and the ground) then fixed to the ground using solid anchoring points (either by supplied stakes planted in the ground).
3. During indoor use, the client agrees to leave a minimum of 12 inches of space between the ceiling and the structure as well as a minimum of 24 inches of space all around the inflatable structure.
4. NEVER switch on the BLOWER without being installed first. The blower must first be adapted and attached to the inflation nozzle of the adapted inflatable structure BEFORE the electrical connection.
5. The electric wires of the equipment must be completely carried out and the connections supervised.
6. The Client must provide protection for the blower in order to avoid any risk of accident (cones, tapes or barriers).
7. The client must frequently monitor the blower so that it is not blocked or in contact with water. The blower must run continuously. Always ensure that the inflation nozzle is fully secured and the tube is not bent or twisted.
8. The responsibility of the participants is the responsibility of the client. Under no circumstances can the locator be held responsible for an accident. The client is solely responsible in the event of bodily injury or deterioration of rented equipment from the moment it is assigned to him. He is responsible for security and surveillance for the duration of the location.
9. The client agrees to read and respect the technical data sheet of the inflatable game and the safety rules which will be given to him when taking possession.
10. The client undertakes to ensure that the use of inflatable structures respects the use for which they are intended and that it can be carried out in safety. He undertakes to respect the maximum number of children admissible according to the rented structure which is reserved for exclusively children's use (3 to 12 years old). Mixing children and adults is prohibited.
11. Provide at least 1 responsible adult (or more if necessary) per structure for the entire duration of the rental who MUST PERMANENTLY MONITOR the children and the equipment. The client agrees never to abandon the inflated or deflated structures.
12. The Client agrees to accept and have accepted the surveillance instructions listed below throughout the duration of the contract because it is strictly prohibited:
- To enter the inflatable structures with shoes, glasses, food or any other blunt or dangerous object (knives, stick, pointed toy, brooches, lighter, gum, candy, etc.)
- To climb in the protective nets or to sit on the walls of the structures.
- To make heaps, to lie on top of each other.
- Getting on and off in a hurry, pushing or knocking other children down.
- To lie down in the middle of the structure without moving.
- To allow somersaults to be made.
- To eat and drink in the inflatable structures.
- To be made up in the inflatable structures.
- To use confetti or streamers in inflatable structures.
- To jump into an inflatable structure from an outside point (window, wall, tree, etc.)
- No animal is tolerated in the inflatable structures.
13. Children must get out of inflatable structures immediately, with the help of adults if necessary, if for any reason they deflate or go soften (electrical failures, circuit breaker opening, etc.) or in the event of rain and/or strong wind.
14. Inflatable structures must not be used in the rain or in high winds and you must, in this case, deflate them quickly and store them. Please unplug and shelter the blower as soon as possible.
15. The Client is fully responsible for the rented structures during the entire rental period, from departure to return. In the event that Amusements Alegria is commissioned to deliver the structure(s), the client's liability takes effect from the departure of our technician, until his return for the dispossession of the inflatable structures.
